What a link can bring in
Connect Threads to request available post text through the official API. A link may remain without text when a post is unavailable or access is not granted. Saved content is limited to the linked post’s basic text; comments, a complete thread and separate attachments are outside this retrieval scope. The API lookup may temporarily process pages of profile posts to find the matching link; unmatched posts are not saved. Threads saved-post lists are not imported.
Your source, your control
Summaries run on the device using available Apple AI, an optional local model, or extractive text selection. The connection server relays requested post data and stores encrypted connection credentials. Optional iCloud sync sends your library to your private iCloud database.
Review AI summaries against the source. Delete individual posts or use Settings → Delete my data.
